Movement Renaissance The Death And Rebirth

I've given this a lot of thought.

October 5th is my birthday.

The "Movement Renaissance" is October 8th and I am very grateful to even have my friends and their friends interested in coming to this event and are willing to pay to do it...

Yet I feel the following is a better approach.

Nothing would make me happier than to just train with my friends, In celebration, and share with them the amazing movement journey I have been on. Showing up and doing cool shit with me is really what I'm looking for.

Community, friendship, bonding, growing together is what I'm seeking and what I get chills over when I think about it.

But I do feel as I felt on day one of teaching:

“I love this shit”

I love

The sweating together

The learning together

The sharing together

The failure together

The laughing together

The journey together

The experience is of course individual, but the fact that we are all there together is what enriches my life and I know it enriches yours.

I chose Movement Renaissance as the name for a reason. It Is a rebirth of my passion for movement. I had the wealth of life in my hands and I let it slip away, I learned many important things by focusing on other aspects of my life, but I also kind of died for a bit because of it. I had enough of that.
I feel I am at my strongest when I return to my source which is the Practice and Pedagogy of Movement.

The Mission of Movement Renaissance:

Leading Community training

Nurturing the play drive in all of us

Opening up to others through building of trust

Enriching life with movement practice

And of course "Doing Cool Shit"


This event is not a one time experience.

I plan to continue teaching on a regular basis and help push the movement community dynamic forward.

Come be a part of this with me.

(This first event will be a celebration), I am not going to ask you for payment for this event, any invoices that have been paid will get refunded. All all I ask is that you pay for the cost of your limited edition t shirts being made. Some where between $30-$40 per shirt if you want one
