Pulling 101

This section covers Rows Pull Ups and all the ways to get the pulling work in. It is initially set up to cover gymnastics rings first because they are easily adjustable and versatile. The lower section of this page covers other ways to set up pulling strength either at home or in the urban and natural environment. The more you get use to seeing the possibilities of movement in the environment the more you will feel confident to continue your strength and agility training no matter where you are. This is covered more in the Parkour section under Parkour Vision.
